Product and purchase
The Ideas Vault is an educational browser game with adapted stories, simulated coins, and reasoning activities. The free demo contains one complete adventure. Purchases must be made by an adult. Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction; the supplier below licenses the game and grants access only after confirmed payment.
Family license
One-time, non-commercial home use by one family. The code must not be published, resold, or used by a school, course, or multiple households.
School license
Educational use by teachers at one school site and up to five classes for 12 months. It does not renew automatically.
Educational scope
Stories, values, ownership percentages, and coin outcomes are pedagogical adaptations. They are not investment advice, financial analysis, a promise of returns, or a professional qualification.
Intellectual property
The license grants use, not ownership. Code, characters, art, narration, stories, and design may not be copied, extracted, redistributed, reverse engineered, or sold except where mandatory law expressly allows.
Privacy notice
No child account or child data request
- No child name, email, birth date, voice, photo, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier.
- No ads, behavioral profiling, chat, uploads, or online ranking.
- Choices and progress remain in browser memory during play and do not create a personal child history on the server.
Child-first safeguards
Because the service is directed to children, it uses high privacy by default, data minimization, understandable language, adult mediation, and no compulsive or commercial mechanisms inside play. The Brazilian operation also follows the child-best-interest duties of the LGPD, the Child and Adolescent Statute, and Digital ECA Law 15,211/2025. Mandatory protections in the buyer’s country remain unaffected.
Adult purchase data
We process the adult email, plan, amount, transaction identifiers, license status, and dates to fulfill the contract, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law, and defend rights. We never receive or store the full card number. Paddle separately processes billing, tax, fraud, receipt, and payment-support data as merchant of record.
Cookie and security
A strictly necessary HttpOnly, secure-in-production, SameSite=Lax cookie keeps the adult license active. Sessions are signed; license codes are validated using cryptographic hashes. Premium content is delivered only after server authorization.
Rights and retention
Adults may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, information about sharing, objection, or other rights available under local law. Purchase records are retained only as needed for the contract, legal duties, fraud prevention, and legal claims.
Refund policy
Clear route to request a refund
Brazilian online buyers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of purchase. Buyers elsewhere retain any longer or more favorable mandatory local rights. Contact support using the purchase email; no reason or card details are required for a valid statutory request.
After approval, the license is deactivated and Paddle returns funds to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the bank, and the card issuer. Access failures, duplicate charges, or other defects remain covered by applicable consumer law beyond the withdrawal period.
